For Her Pilates Studio offers on demand reformer Pilates. What this means is:

  • You book yourself in for a session (via our App - coming soon) at a time that suits you between 4am and 10pm.

  • When you arrive at the Studio, your App (coming soon) will unlock the door.

  • Once you have put your belongings away and set yourself up at your Reformer, you pop in/on Bluetooth headphones and use the Kiosk (aka the big iPad on the stand next to your Reformer) to choose:

    • Your experience level (eg beginning, intermediate, advanced).

    • Your preferred work out type eg full body, upper body only, stretch etc.

    • You can also filter based on instructors.

  • You complete your personalised and individualised reformer Pilates session.

  • Once you have finished, wipe down your reformer and any equipment used.

For first timers:

  • Ensure you have completed your Orientation. It will help you to learn about the reformer parts and how to safely use it.

  • Choose the beginner level and full body, to give yourself a chance to experience the whole body workout.

  • It’s important to take it slowly, and it’s ok if you don’t get it right. -

  • Remember, no one knows if you are doing it incorrectly – because it’s an individual session not a group class

  • Coming soon – instructor supported sessions to help you improve and progress your form
